Coming to fresh water and wastewater clarification, products that utilize a single type of coagulant chemistry typically do not provide exceptional results. Unlike single-component products, Chemtex’s RO Coagulants (Cationic Polyelectrolyte) comprise a family of products that typically utilize two or more chemistries to specifically improve the clarification of fresh water and wastewater over a wide range of conditions.

Coagulants from Chemtex can increase pre-filtration efficiency and productivity in membrane systems for RO feed water.

It is a highly effective quaternary polymer compound which is used for color removal in textile, paper and dyeing industries and light color liquid from other industries.

Dosage and Method: - Chemtex’s RO Coagulants (Cationic Polyelectrolyte) are dosed during water pretreatment for solid/liquid separation before the water gets introduced to softner/reverse osmosis system. Coagulating chemical is diluting it with 10 - 40 times with water and then dosed into the waste water directly, after being mixed several minutes, waste is precipitated or air - floated and the water becomes clear.

It is dosed exactly as per the dosage rate and method of MAXFLOC T, MAXFLOC 20, MAXFLOC 30, MAXFLOC 502, MAXFLOC 504, MAXFLOC 506, MAXFLOC 507, MAXFLOC C-11, MAXFLOC C-21, MAXFLOC C-22, MAXFLOC C-31 and MAXFLOC C-33 from THERMAX; PERMAFLOC PC 306, PERMAFLOC PC 306 T and PERMAFLOC PC 603 T from NALCO; CHARGEPAC and AMERFLOC range of products from CHEMBOND ASHLAND; SOILSEP range of products from GE WATER etc.
